The Victorian nightclub seems to be completely broken.
Does not buy illegal items anymore (the screen shows up, the items are listed, but it says that the nightclub 'is not interested in buying.')
The 'Done' button triggers an error message:
This screen requires a process kill to get out of.
EDIT: The Maintenance Level on corporate enclaves no longer purchases illegals either, same circumstances as the nightclub. Screen navigation is still functional.

In St. K's, after completing one militia mission and getting an ID chip, I did another, to destroy a Sung Slave camp. Came back, and when I went to talk to the Militia commander again, I got this after pressing continue once:
Pressing continue worked fine and I could go on my merry way.
I've also noticed that the dock services screen at the Arena has the same hotkey for Install device and Done, D. Escape works for done, so it's not a huge deal, but it is an annoyance.
And something that's either a graphical bug or just really flippin' cool:
Couldn't tell you if the nebula was over the top of the station before I blew it up. Anyway, I hadn't seen this behavior before, so I wasn't sure if it was intended.

If it were a feature, the upper two defense towers would be covered too. That WOULD be a neat additions however... 8)

same thing with the first contact monument ("what did we Learn", "Leave" in the information pane).

Game crashed to the windows error report dialogue as soon as I tried to go through the gate in one of the later systems. I'd just picked up a second wingman, if it makes a difference. The previous save file is still valid. Ooh, and it repeats! I'll send you the save in an email.
EDIT: Very interesting. The game does not crash on a normal save or going through the backwards gate, only with the forward gate.

First, if ordered to wait, wingmen will still follow you through gates; but they'll just sit at the gate until you gate again. Then they'll sit at that gate.
I'd suggest this be changed so that the wait order is canceled when you gate, and they start following you again. It's kind of weird to be fighting near a gate and see 'Spasibo!' pop up when you're sure you left Volkov five systems back...
Second: I just killed the kronosaurus, got volkov. As soon as I undocked, Volkov says "Nooooo!" docks with a nearby freighter wreck, and is now drifting aimlessly. I don't have order options available for him. Destroying the wreck didn't help. I can provide the save file if needed.
EDIT: So, gating fixed the problem. Also, he was rather amusing to shoot with a howitzer, as he wouldn't slow down after you hit him. I got him going faster than my ship could fly before I headed for the gate.
Sticking this in a separate post 'cause it's kind of important.
If weapons are switched with 'w' while the fire key is held down, the original weapon will continue to fire, and cannot be shut off. The second weapon may also be fired, but normal controls function. Pressing 'w' to switch back to the original weapon and tapping the fire key will shut it off again.
It makes for a nice exploit, but considering the delay that's been added to 'w' switching I'd assume it's a bit of a bug.

I just experienced a crash to windows under the following conditions:
On a 'unknown hostile' mission against a Phobos, wingmen under orders to break and attack.
'Invoke' panel was open
I was maneuvering
I was down to very few HP; I think the game might have crashed when I died, in fact. But I'm not certain.
The debug log doesn't have an entry for this event, so I can't tell you anything more than that.
