1. got from Dvalin just one enhanced segment of advanced cellaroy armor! (Other rewards are normal though)
2. after Huari's "Retrieve slave coffins" mission, the navigation pointer on the screen doesn't disappear (still pointing the Huari Fortress) until the player gate out of the system
3. "Please accept these barrels of Centauri rice" even when there is just one barrel (unnoticeable in ver0.98x - Maybe the number reduced in 0.99? Or I just missed it somehow?)
4. sometimes items with the seemingly same quality don't stack
5. not just the description on the Trenton field generator doesn't fit in the pane, it is almost unreadable now in version 0.99c!

2. I think I solved this by targetting the station and then press R

In the case of missiles of the same type, Some have a hardpoint value. making them harder to destroy on their way to their targets. and show up as separate items4. sometimes items with the seemingly same quality don't stack

I found a bug and a typo in the CSC missions. The bug happened on the refugee mission. First it didn't say "mission complete" until I gated out and then my wingmen stayed by me. Even after I'd finished the mission.
The typo was in the CSC Pacifica it was the aurochs transport gating in and I was supposed to escort it. It said something like this. Go to **** stargate and escort a supply transport back to a CSC pacifica.
It should say "back to the CSC Pacifica"

bugs:
- ringers dont remind you having not enough cargo space for upgrading the reactor
- patch spiders repair all armors at once - very exploitable with higher armor screens - they should only repair the armor that is currently damaged most
- when you have installed two patch spiders, one tends to be destoryed by hits on the armor - this nearly never happens when you only have one spider installed
- damage % only shows the most damaged armor plate - this can mean you can still shot on your target for hours on big ships shooting the wrong plates
- transuranic armor stays undamaged when stored - when uninstalled it should get damaged
CSC mission convoy
first mission:
- two freighters start spinning around ~10 ls in front of the gate
- the gate and the freighters are in nebula
- I shot on one freigther - he starts to find the gate and gates out
- the other freighter was to much damaged so I wanted to gate out and get a weaker weapon
~> I gated out and the complete mission failed when I came back and the freighther was destroyed by a crossing dreadnought
I lost 2 smaller freigthers on this mission + the last spinning one, all other gated out savely
second mission:
- one freigther started to spin
- I destroy him
- nothing happened
- I gate out -> mission accomplished
CSC mission unknown hostile
- the Phobos' dont move until you come to them
(I dropped target of one and searched for 10 minutes ... itwas still 500 ls away from the CSC)
- the Centurions created for this mission gate out instead of landing on the carrier again
PJ
- you only need to destroy the leader of a swadron to get a mission accomplished - a mission that you never got - Admiral Verner only says "make yourself useful"
Cometfall ships behave strange:
- I destroyed all Cometfalls except the leader
- the leader flew to PJ and stopped 100ls in front of it to fire a warhammer nuke, which exploded because of my vicinity
- then the Cometfall attacked PJ with its omni-lightning-gun, but only some (5) Centurions started to attack - the two wings of PJ did nothing except shoting in formation
(and it could really use more of its nukes !)
- you can get the lamplighter from the dockmaster without visiting Admiral Decker again when you have the rank

- this was shown to me when I saved charon-korolov, docked and asked for an escort mission
other system, other korolov:
- as usual korolov spawns a charon stronghold some ls outside of sun-system, but in my recent game there where still 4 !!! active charon strongholds in the system after destruction of the spawned one
~> korolov could try to take out all charon (stronghold) presence one by one if there are already some in the system

- temple guy in huamarca keeps to say that they are doomed, half dead, after destruction of the temple, everytime you dock

a few things to add
6. XM900 Lucifer's explosion (white-ish Flare in 0.98d) was not visible (though still effective)
7. Friendly Huari attack autons while the player is out of the system (when the player gates in/out)
8. The player can accept gifts from Dvalin regardless of the cargo capacity and temporary overload (from 0.98x - not much of a trouble though)
EDIT: On #6 - I don't know what is behind this, but this one can be solved by editing the script: I moved "lifetime" into the <Fragment> tag, instead of inside <Effect> - <Flare> (as in the version 0.98d) - maybe some new feature not working properly?

Another couple of minor glitches
a. "MapSystem" effect in Sisters of Domina can reveal the gate to Huaramarca very easily (and player can skip all other Huari quests)
b. The player can (accidentally) donate the vial of thioseptal at the CSC infirmary.
