TransData Utility 2.1 [-2.4]

Hey All,

I apologize the title is a little misleading. What I am actually releasing is a batch file that runs exactly like the TransData Utility 1.6 does.

With the following differences-

- TransData isn't bundled with the utility
- This isn't an executable so you can poke around and laugh [I wrote it after looking at 'choice' and the 'for' batch commands]
- It works with TransData 2.4

So yeah that's that.

I wrote part of this to work out how two batch commands worked and then I expanded it to give it some basic functionality.

The GUI TransData Utility I am scripting in Python 2.7 and Panda 3D so it will look nothing like this and be shiny.

I'll put a GUI mock-up shot up at some point.
