The "Downloads" increase even if the one downloading is the one who upload the mod...
well, may be its just me
, but I think would be good if the modder could download a copy from his personal mods without interfere with the current number of downloads, I'm not aways in home, but sometimes I get some "free" time(lunch time) on my job than I could probably use for "modding".
