My last game I never saw an Iocrym sentinel.
I did the anomaly, then the neurohack, then killed the explorer.
I went back and went with kate. After ten circlings she still didn't have enough data and I let her die. I then went to the ICS and killed it without it spawning any sentinels to dodge. I left system a couple times somewhere in that.

Hello all!
I'm having a similar problem-Kate is now on the Iocrym control station, and I have recovered the Iocrym artifact and destroyed the Explorer. All of the other stations in the Heretic system are destroyed, and I am destroying and looting every Iocrym sentinel I come across, but I am not finding anything that seems to give her enough data to move on with the story.
Is there something else I should be doing?

That happened to me once. Just keep killing sentinels. I had to kill about a dozen. Also, I've always wondered why Iocrym Sentinels carry human equipment: Heretic Research ROMs. Did they capture them from the station they destroyed?
