For the next few months I will be spending time on Anacreon, but I want to continue releasing fixes for Transcendence. My plan is to work for three weeks on Anacreon and then one week releasing a new build of Transcendence. Rinse and repeat for 3 months. Thus the schedule looks like this:

16 July 2012: Work on Anacreon
6 August 2012: Start working on 1.08e.
~10 August 2012: Release 1.08e.

13 August 2012: Work on Anacreon
3 September 2012: Start working on 1.08g.
~14 September 2012: Release 1.08g.

17 September 2012: Work on Anacreon
8 October 2012: Start working on 1.08h.
~12 October 2012: Release 1.08h

15 October 2012: Start working on 1.09.

Please feel free to continue to mark bugs as blockers (even ones that have already been scheduled). I will try to work on those bugs first. [I'll also pull blocker bugs from 1.09 and 1.1 forward.]

Also, please take a look at your blocker bugs and make sure that they are still relevant. If not, please de-escalate. In general I try to do a round-robin through all submitters (i.e., I work on [approximately] one blocker bug per submitter, looping around until I run out of time.)

[Edited because 1.08f was a hotpatch for 1.08e ~wolfy]
[Edited because 1.08g got pushed out a week ~George]

Sounds great, George! Will the next releases take us beyond Heretic?

You mean 1.1? that is the next major release; 1.09 is likely to be another modder-centric release.

Good!
I found Anacreon recently and loved it for it's turnbased strategy systems (though I admit that I can't seem to ever get a reliable supply fleet going).
I guess I just have to use all purpose planet until I figure out how to do it properly (Kill efficiency for reliability).

FYI: I've a little behind on Transcendence, so I'm pushing the schedule out by a week... I'll update the first post.
