Sorry, I did that. It's because I got irradiated one time, and when I gated back, there were all of these green "found ore" dots that cluttered the map :/
I think a better way to do it would be to combine it to the destroyed asteroid mod so that the mark goes away when the asteroid is blown.

Ok, I took a turn since nobody is going today (or Xephyr was?).
Not much happened in the system, just mined (but I left the titanium alone, too much to carry ).
Killed stations, took loot -- the usual.
I brought the ores and other loot onto one planet that's next to both gates.
I also installed the smuggler's cargo hold on Volkov to help me move the material.
Also did one mission to kill an Urak station before I got the standard "superfrieghter in distess" issue :/
I still have no clue who is stupid enough to get caught outside of the main system and in an unarmed freighter to boot.:/
Ok, picture time: The freighter was really banged up when it got to the fortress. Why did the Centauri randomly show up? O.o
Here's the sav for anybody interested but doesn't have Dropbox.

Yeah, I was going to go today - and I still can.
So I'll do that.
So I'll do that.

Well, that was fun. Cleaned out the system. Nothing of particular interest. Added nicely to the stash crate, which I kept in the same system due to salvagers.

I am going to have to forfeit my turn on Saturday because I will be traveling and doubt that I'll be able to access the internet.
I didn't know that we were using a mod that lets us change our escorts' loadout. How is that accomplished?

Turn taken, lets see-highlights include a random longhzu, and a soul gem..... and about 700 missiles
Lost some fusion triggers thanks to forgetting when I had to refuel, found even more o.O
Chucked most stuff back into the cache coupla systems back.
Edit:May still be stuff hiding in the nebula... we seem to be a bit short on Domina powers, dunno if thats deliberate or not >.>
Sanctuary up next....

Yeah, sometimes I have to use the interstate, spookywooo. Oh, and I only have 2/3 smart phone (3g, has a vague concept of 'apps' and a browser, but none of this fancy OS junk; mainly makes phone calls and plays music and takes crappy pictures), so no IRC from the waiting room for me ..... Getting started now, anyway.

Not feeling too writey tonight, unfortunately.
Saw a couple of meth enforcers on the way in, but that was it; apparently the meth lab and one of the slaver bases destroyed each other. Got an early encounter with one of those pirate beehives, and the rest of the system was pretty much pirates. I got dizzied a couple times by annoying groups of barbaries that rushed me while I was trying to snipe the sung station (which was conveniently right next to a dwarg station), but that mostly just gave me time to recall volkov, target the barb, order attack target, and hold down the missile key for when I got out of the lock.
There's some good-looking items in this system in the fortress and the bushido dealer, and a bunch of unknown autons at the auton shop, but I didn't buy anything but fuel and more KM500s (used a ton on the slaver base, bad angles I guess). There's a plasma miner, some larger missiles, and some stuff I've forgotten ^_^. Nowhere to sell anything.
There's a cluster of cargo containers over on the east; I placed a marker. If you feel like shuffling cargo about to check them, have at. I think I left a few items on the sapiens ship there too, but it was probably broken or junk.
There were only a few 'roids in the whole system with ore, but luckily most of it was level 3 and 4 stuff. It should all be sitting by the exit gate and maybe a little bit more on another near-sun planet.
I did a couple escort missions for the colony after cleaning the system. That's the only time I turned on the shield, and I still didn't bother with the Katana. Took me half the system to figure out why it wasn't selectable anyway. I think the first freighter barely made it, but the second wasn't too bad. So we have rama now. Woot.
I left you at the commonwealth fort so you can shop if you like; there may still be some ship wrecks south of there that I didn't check after the escorts, if you're feeling thorough. The armor's down ~20 points on each face, I figure that might be too little to start patching it.
I think I missed a lot of good shots on this one; I'm not quite feelin' the controls again yet or something. But I did put together some more explosions and what appears to be headbutting a barbary:
