RPC's Mega Permadeath challenge

Hey RPC i just downloaded a fresh pack of trans108d and your extensions.zip and extracted it into my trans108d folder and i get an error loading extensions. it was modules/templates.xml:test unable to load image.

Here's a couple of mods I quickly whipped up to make the Charon Pirates and Anarchists a bit more challenging.

Tougher Charon Pirates

Tougher Anarchists

This is what I've done in the Tougher Charon Pirates mod:

Changes:
Corsair I
90% get a turbolaser
10% get a dual laser and NAMI launcher
Armour is upgraded to light reactive

Corsair II
Armour is upgraded to reactive
Dual laser is now a dual turbolaser

Drake
Lasers are now dual turbolasers

Viking I
Turbolaser is now a dual turbolaser
Armour upgraded from reactive to heavy reactive

Viking II
Armour upgraded from heavy reactive to advanced reactive

Charon Frigate
Turbolasers replaced with dual turbolasers
Armour upgraded from advanced reactive to light blast plate

Kronosaurus
Turbolasers replaced with dual turbolasers
Fire rate doubled

Bases are no longer made of paper, they regenerate HP, they have roughly double the number of defenders and call roughly double the number of reinforcements. They also give more loot, though I need to work a bit on the loot side of things.
