http://www.flickr.com/photos/redmaul/4920331710/ That's the star I was sitting on top of when the plague gunships got me. In the previous system, Rigel iirc, is a big spikey yellow star. I was curious, so I headed over there and opened fire on it to see if any of my fire would go thru and all of it...

And stars are shoot through (i guess you figured that one out the hard way)
Yea.. I was confused I guess, nothing else seemed to be able to get in, and I certainly couldn't return fire so figured it was safe.

Was using my solar panel to refuel.

You're running an S500 on a ... 50MW reactor, right? (S500 is 30MW?) Anyways, I skimp on shields & go right for the high-end armor; armor is now more important than shields. S500 is 30mw, I'm using a 100mw reactor. Did manage to get decon'd finally on the 7th try, lol. Am considering downgrading my...

Ugh..

While sitting on top of a star (refueling), had a couple plague gunships arrive and attack, this was fine, as their attacks did not seem to penetrate the star.. til they did.

Now I can't get anywhere to decon fast enough, and I've tried 5 times.

well, gas guzzler was a understatement.

How soon do the 150w reactors start showing up, as of this moment the drain is more then 50% of my total charge so it's draining way fast. Any other way to increase the charge and or efficiency?

yes, +XX% in blue is a damage enhancement.
Ah, cool.

Only have one Korolov station so far, and they don't seem to like me. Have checked in multiple times, but they have not had a mission for me yet.

Wow, thanks folks. Decided to mine as much as I could, got several mules as well so my funds have grown a bit. I do have a NAMI, looted one with a +30% in blue (damage, I assume) awhile back, so have kept in a mule as I figured I'd want/need it later, and I started saving up missiles from the first ...

Still learning here, hehe About to enter Charon for the first time... At the moment, I have 3x heavy ceralloy armor, and a polyceramic, not sure which shield is going to be best for Charon. Still using the monopole from way back, and obviously needs a upgrade, there is a Yoroi S500 at a armorer near...

Ah, that'd make sense. Honestly didn't notice or know to look for that, will have to check again.
